During their visit to Louisiana, the Chinese delegation visited Port Fouchon on the Gulf of Mexico as well as  Rockefeller Wildlife Refuge and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Sabine National Wildlife Refuge. Wendell Curole, fourth from left, of the South Lafourche Levee District, helped with the tours.
