USGS scientist Randy Westbrooks was interviewed August 9 about Giant Salvinia, one of the world’s most noxious aquatic weeds currently spreading rapidly in Caddo Lake, which straddles the Texas and Louisiana border. The article on invasive species will appear in U S Airways Magazine.
