Draugelis-Dale is experienced in mathematical and computer modeling and statistical consultations and analyses for a variety of disciplines. She has initiated, directed, and implemented research projects; developed and conducted university lectures, seminars, and workshops; and created and instituted curricula and educational programs. Her research interests range from mathematical and computer modeling and statistical analyses of biomedical data (physiological systems), epidemiological models, and environmental sciences to theoretical research in robust statistics, sensitivity analysis, and small asymptotic techniques.
